I spent some time at garage sales while I was in Midland. Found lots and lots and lots of great stuff! New toys, shoes, some puzzles, books and lots more! One of my favorite finds for Daniel was a tent. It's one of those sets that is a tent/sleeping bag/chair combo. I got a great deal on it and it was in flawless condition. I thought it would be perfect for reading in/playing in/maybe even a nap or two. Well, its been a hit in our house. Actually, he loves it so much we can't get him out of it.. We set the tent up under the loft so he could spend his afternoon quiet time in the tent if he'd like to or even just play in it, but at bedtime, we really should sleep up in the bed.....
Tonight we tuck him in, kiss his face and tell him to sleep tight at this time he's settled into his bed up on the loft. Thats at 8:35.
At 10:45, I go in to check on him as I do every night before I go to bed and here is what I found...He even brought Daniel to dog into the tent to sleep with him. 
I'll take the piece of advice my mother in law always gives...chose the hill you're going to die on.
This isn't the hill. This isn't the battle i'm willing to fight.
And who could? Just look at this sweet face!!
Tomorrow I'll stick some more blankets on the floor of the tent to make it more comfy.
If I was 3 1/2 ...I'd want to sleep in this really cool tent too!!!
