I think I may be the luckiest Mommy in the world. Look at this little boy.
Who wouldn't just fall in love with him? When we got home today from church, Daniel asked his Daddy to take a picture of us so we could "bemember how speciaw today is..."
My Mothers Day started yesturday morning when Steve and Daniel packed a picnic lunch and off we went on a "surprise" day.. It was awesome
We started the day out in Frankfort for a trip to the SmokeStack(it doesn't open until next Friday) but thats ok...we just kept on going!
Off to Leland to spend the afternoon walking along Fishtown! We love northern Michigan and are blessed to have so many awesome places within a few hours drive. We shopped, ate our lunch at a nice little park, played on the swings and then decided to head home to find a place to have dinner. On our way, we stopped at a few shops to look around. Found a nice little place in Glen Arbor called WildFlowers that had fabulous gardens and a really cool building. And then decided to stop in Elberta to have dinner at The Cabbage Shed. It was the best Mothers Day gift! I had some beautiful pictures from Saturday, but somehow I deleted them off the camera....very sad..
Today we were off to church early for a great great message and then over to Grandma Cilla's for a big family lunch. Now, the boys are napping and i'm heading out to work in the flower beds.
