Daniel and Baby Washington

A while back while shopping with Jen and I

Daniel came across this little baby doll.

He wanted a doll and decided since this baby

was dressed in blue-it was obviously a boy baby.

Ever since he's brought it home he hasn't left

our little boys sight!

Some men are weird about thier little boys carrying

around dolls, but I have to admit-Steve is pretty

good about it(however, Washington does stay home

during most daily trips out of the house!!)

For a while, his name was just

"Baby" until we fell in love with Curious George

and he heard the name "Washington". Since then

his name has been Baby Washington.

For Christmas, Daniel asked Santa Clause

for a stroller for Baby Washington. It was

seriously the only gift he kept asking Santa

for everytime he was asked what he wanted.

Santa did bring Daniel a stroller, a green one

for boys! Daniel pushes Baby Washington

all over the house and even took it to

Grandma and Grandpas house for the

week! After Christmas, Daniel and I were

in Wal-mart and even found a pack-n-play

for Baby Washington that matched our

stroller. Daniel was sure Baby needed

a bed to sleep in. Even though Washington

only sleeps with Daniel and has his own

blankie, his bed gets carried up and down

the stairs 10 times a day for Washington

to sleep wherever Daniel is playing.

Daniel loves Washington, loves

that he can hug him, watch TV with

him, play toys with him.

He keeps asking Steve and I

when we are going to get his

Baby Sister or Brother.

I know he'll make a great Big Brother

someday!!!
