300th Post!!

I can't believe this is my 300th post! a little over a year ago I started this blog just as a way to keep our family updated on our events, I have actually enjoyed getting into the blogging world and hope to stay with it for a LONG time!!


I'm enjoying my vacation. Quite a bit!

I miss my boys A LOT! This is the longest I have ever been away from home. I have enjoyed spending time unwinding, reading, soaking up the sun and doing a little shopping/decorating(can't forget sleeping in!!). The weather has been fantastic. Friday we spent the day at a few malls in the area and going into some very unique shops. We ate lunch at an awesome place called Sweet Tomatoes, a HUGE salad, soup, bread, and pasta bar. In the afternoon, we came back and spent 2 1/2 hours in the pool relaxing before we ate dinner at a VERY yummy authentic Italian restaurant. Yesterday we scrapped all day after shopping at an adorable little scrapbook store in Orlando. So fun to look at all the new items she has gotten in and missing my shop so much. If you are ever in the Orlando area, Scrappy Boutique is a place to not miss! In the afternoon yesterday I was just about to jump in the pool when the rain started to fall and it's still coming down. I spent some time out in the screen room today reading and listening to the rain hit the roof. It was so peaceful and awesome. Tonight I grilled some delicious steak-kabobs on the grill served with tiny potatoes and we've stayed in our jammies all day. Now we are curled up on the couch watching a great movie and getting ready to head to bed. Tomorrow brings a nice day in the pool, it's supposed to be 88 degree's. I'm trying to get as much sunshine in before I head back to COLD Michigan!!
