Friday Facts #4

#29- I have watched every single Friends episode ever made about 3 times. Each time I watch the re-runs, they still make me laugh.

#30-My baby brother leaves for Germany tomorrow morning. While i'm excited for him to begin this awesome journey..I'm very sad he'll be so far away.


#31-I'm watching the news as I type this, the weather guy said its going to be -13degrees tonight. Good lord..haven't we suffered enough? Although the economy in Northern Michigan was desperate for a good winter, i'm fed up with the white stuff and the freezing temps!

#32-I don't voice my political views, however, I'm still amazed that a woman is running for president. If you like her or not, this is a big step for our country. Our Great Grandmothers would be stunned.

#33- When I was little, I loved loved loved the Cosby Show. I found re-runs of it the other day and set my Tivo up to record them. I can't wait to start watching them again!

#34-All of our girl animals have names that start with the letter M, we didn't really do that on purpose, but now we can't break it. Maggie, Melonie,Mia and Mabel.

#35-I've heard the Writers strike is finally over. THANK GOD.

#36- My new laptop came today. I'm in love. There is nothing better than sitting in bed, watching TV and being online. It's what I imagine heaven to be(i'm kidding people..)
However, the watching TV while being online is about to come to an end next week!

#37-I was looking at the popular baby names on the Social Security website the other day. I pulled up about 15 different years. Each year I pulled up from 1955-2008, Daniel was in the top 20 names each and every year. I'm amazed at how popular that name is.

#38-We are planning a little get-away as a family over spring break. We are going with some friends and thier 2 kids. We were listening to Daniel and Emma talking about the trip and Emma asked Daniel how many beds were in the room our family is sleeping in, he told her "i don't know, probably 42."

#39-I love the Hallmark channel. I love the sappy movies it shows, but most of all, I love the Hallmark commercials. My favorite is the one with the older teacher that is packing up his office when one of his former students walk in. Everytime it comes on...I cry. And then there is the one...never mind, I could go on for days.

#40- My little boy informed me this week that he is no longer "Daniel".
"Mommy, my name from now on is Dan"... And when we wrote out his Valentine cards, he was VERY angry when I wrote Daniel. He took them away and wrote Dan on the rest of them.
Ahh...the independence of little boys..
