Monday..

Yikes..haven't posted in a week. where did the week go?


We had a nice lazy weekend.

Filled with lots of laundry and lots of getting our house under control!
We spent time reading stories, watching movies, playing barbies(ok..don't ask)

lots of questions about Mommy's new job and even made homemade cinnamon

rolls together on Sunday(Daniel's request)

I'm enjoying my last few days home before the big trip tomorrow.

We plan on leaving between 3&5, and that puts us in San Antonio

Wens around 5om. 23 hour straight through drive(yikes!)

Then home again on Sunday.

A BIG BIG BIG thank you to Grandma Mari and Grandpa Bill

for letting Daniel hang out there while i'm gone.

He is really looking forward to a couple days down there..

After the busy week in Texas, Monday brings the first day of my new job.

It's bittersweet. I'm extremely excited about getting back in the work force

and adult conversation, but i'm sad about leaving Daniel.

For the first time in his life, he'll spend all day everyday at daycare

(with a couple mornings of preschool thrown in)

He's actually excited about going, lots of toys and friends to play with!

This will be a HUGE adjustment for all 3 of us.

But, its good. Change is good.
