Headache

You know how in the cartoons when a character gets smacked in the head

they show the stars and the birds that tweet?

I have seen those stars and heard the birds tweet...

Spent some time in the ER last night. CAT scan/exam.

I was picking something up off the ground, when I

stood up, the freezer door was open and I smacked my head on the bottom of the door!

It definitely gave me an attitude adjustment!

I hit my knees, couldn't see straight and started to get sick.

My husband being around sports for 16yrs, decided we needed

to have it checked out.

I have a concussion.

And it HURTS. Really really bad.

Now i'm benched. I don't get to leave the couch

today and I can't drive for 24hrs or until I visit

the doctor in the morning.

I'm amazed at how much of your body is affected by a head

injury. This is my first and HOPEFULLY my last!!!

I hope everyone's enjoying this beautiful Thursday..

I'm off to watch Peter Pan with my little boy and get more rest!!!
