Thursday

I'm extremely thankful today.

Thankful this morning when I was awakened by a
3 year old that smelled like Peanut Butter and
kissed my face until my eyes opened.
Thankful that after my boys left for the
day-Steve to school and Daniel to daycare,
I got to take a 25 min HOT shower.
Thankful for dry roads while traveling
to Grand Rapids and for getting to meet
brand new Baby Ben for the first time.
I forget how tiny they are when they are
brand new. How they smell, how soft
thier skin is...I'm inspired..
I'm ready for another baby!
I'm thankful for good friends to visit
with this afternoon in celebration of new
babies. Thankful for the nice conversation
I had with my Mother and Father
in-law. Thankful for always knowing
I can call and talk to them whenever.
Thankful for the warm faces that anxiously
greeted me when I walked through the door
tonight after a long day.
Thanking God for my wonderful husband who
had yummy Vegetable Beef soup and a warm
loaf of Whole Grain Bread ready for dinner
when I got here.
Thankful when I tucked my sweet baby
boy into bed tonight and I got to listen to him
talk to Jesus like he's his best friend.
I'm thankful that tomorrow I get to spend
the day with Daniel and my Megan for a
day of shopping and just hanging out!
